Liability Waiver
Maximum Liability Release Agreement
Client understands that all computer repair, network configuration, cybersecurity services, and related technical work involve inherent risks including data loss, hardware failure, software corruption, security breaches, downtime, or incompatibility.
Client agrees they are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to service. Nathan’s Cybersecurity assumes no responsibility for any loss, corruption, or exposure of data under any circumstances.
All services are provided “as‑is” with no warranties, express or implied. Nathan’s Cybersecurity does not guarantee successful repair, prevention of future issues, or compatibility with any hardware, software, or network environment.
Client fully releases Nathan’s Cybersecurity from all liability including data loss, hardware damage, software corruption, security breaches, network failure, business interruption, financial loss, or personal/commercial damages.
If liability is ever imposed despite this agreement, the maximum damages recoverable shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service performed.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nathan’s Cybersecurity from any and all claims arising from services performed.
By signing below, client acknowledges they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this liability release.
